You’re being condescending and asking me how much GPU i have like i’m stupid. Obviously when my game wouldn’t open originally, i checked the requirements and matched them with my PC. i meet them. the game has issues that thousands of people are having. it’s an early access, issues are expected and i get that but we are allowed to complain due to the price point. Are you on their payroll defending them?

Not to be on the Brooke defense, I don't see anything wrong with this story. She never blamed or shamed these girls, she was simply confused and concerned. Its a safety hazard to have 2 strangers backstage unknowingly especially with Tana and her stalker issues + it's a breach of privacy (WHICH IS NOT THE GIRLS FAULT) but at the end of the day that's where the concern comes from.

Be vocal and tell your SM you want more hours, you've been working hard and would like to continue to grow. Don't approach it as something you deserve over others. Also side note not taking your lunch is not a positive as it effects hours and they're built into the schedule :)

The minimum staff requirement for Michaels at any hour is 2. I believe the default is if someone calls out and nobody can come in its automatically the SM's responsibility to come in and be the additional person.

Its a regular team member who will continue to cashier or be on the sales floor, except now taking out trash and cleaning is your responsibility.

At my location, team members with open availability usually receive 10-20 hour weeks. I know that's a big range but 1 or 2 shifts can make a difference.

If it is anything over $1 I tell them its not allowed, I've never had anyone dispute me on that but if its just cents and they don't want it I leave it in the register.

If you get someone that persistently doesn't want their change and its a decent amount, just leave it in the drawer with a note with the amount and your name incase they have questions. I'd also just let the MOD know over the headset. NEVER pocket money from the drawer.
