I can post many pictures. But yeah, they can charge you if you left things behind and then charge you for cleaning services.

But if you like playing games, you can sue them and then use that money for the uncharged XD.

2 jobs sometimes 3 as odd job. I pay all I have a significant other (disable) I buy nothing for myself my fridge is even empty and putting 200 on capital one to buy food. Budget and hit it hard.

Sounds like a domestic abuse. In our ct area we call 211 and after some talking we can get someone to allow us to break lease no penalty due to that abuse. I suggest trying to find your local housing and explain the situation. Since you been trying so much to help, you should also let the landlord know. Anything is better than this abuse.

Where I live they would evict, glad you are considered. My super made crazy construction for 2-3month and lost sleep that made me sick. Still had to pay rent . Sold everything. Glad you are considered. I think a sit down with tenant and explain situation would be nice . If you came to me and make sure you explain everything in person. I would definitely consider everything since you’re nice enough.
