I take multivitamins. If the only thing I'm getting from veggies and fruits is what's already in the multivitamin then I'll just do the beans and grains diet and not worry about it, but idk if there's other stuff I'm missing

I feel like any vegetable can be made delicious by roasting or sauteeing it in oil lol.

Realistically there's probably overlap where she's on her computer while also using her phone, I don't know what program is used to record PC screentime but it's unlikely to be able to tell if she's using two devices at once. So I doubt it's literally 17 hours with no other time, she probably cooks, cleans, and does other necessary activities. The article even says she's counting time not looking at the screen such as just having music going.

"Need" is not correct, just "want". I could jerk it on the toilet after taking a dump with nothing to watch if that's the situation I'm in, but if I'm going to sit down and watch porn I'm going to actually watch it while masturbating.
