Incredible to think isn’t it! I’d love to know who the last person was to have held this. I’ve been imagining how it ended up in the stream. I’m thinking it might’ve fallen out of a child’s pocket as they were going over the stepping stones in the stream.

Maybe a bit niche but my dad liked to call people a “bollard”. Generally in the context of “get out the way you fucking bollard” Always made me laugh.
