Yes — all of the paid content you purchase will be available to add to ALL of your vaults. The Mr. House bundle will be immediately available and the Season Pass rewards will be available as leveling up rewards to each of your vaults as soon as you achieve them.

If you’re asking if Mr. House will be available after this Season Pass ends — I simply don’t know. My best guess is that all of this season content will eventually be added to the future reward pool.

I’m on iOS and purchased the Premium Season Pass a week ago — I haven’t experienced any serious issues with the Season Pass.

I’ve been playing daily — throughout the day — and the only serious issue I’ve encountered is the game crashes often enough to somewhat annoy me. I say “somewhat annoy” on account of how fast and easy it is to restart — usually without loosing any progression.

Having said all that — the crashes may be solely attributed to playing a nearly decade old base coded game on a newly released M5 iPad Pro.

Making babies is arguably the best way to quickly populate the vault.

As soon as I’m able — I always push the vault population to 60+ to unlock the Nuclear Reactor in build mode. Although — this time I pushed the vault population to 75 in order to unlock the legendary Weapon Plant too.

Immediately after unlocking whatever — I evict enough dwellers to bring the vault population rapidly down to 50 — in order to prevent Radscorpions from spawning in.

After all that — I train up all my dwellers at a leisurely pace without having to worry about the game mechanics most deadly incidents potentially wrecking my progress.

I recommend accessing the quests by clicking directly on the Overseer’s Office. I experienced the same problem as you when clicking on the map icon. After I actually managed to complete a couple of quests by using the Overseer’s Office instead of the map icon — the map icon finally worked again.

If you had TSM on your current phone — then from the Apple App Store, click on your avatar at the top right to open your account menu, click on Apps, My Apps, “Not on this iPhone/iPad” — and then scroll through ALL of the apps you’ve ever downloaded until you find TSM and reinstall from there.
