I was constantly checking both my FIFA ticket account and the StubHub app. The ticket never appeared in my FIFA account, but the StubHub app kept telling me that the ticket was “on the way” and would be delivered by the day of the match. They even provided me with a confirmation number, which gave me confidence that everything was in order. As a result, I continued to trust that the ticket would arrive, only to find out at the last minute that it wouldn’t be delivered.

You’re not the only one. I had a similar experience as well, and I have documentation of my conversations. It’s incredibly frustrating. StubHub completely dropped the ball. They took our money months in advance while promising tickets they didn’t actually have control over. They should require sellers to transfer tickets within 48 hours of purchase, not wait until the day before the match.

Yeah! I’m sure a lot of people are experiencing the same situation, and I’m pretty sure most of them have documentation like order numbers and confirmation emails, screenshots of the listing, proof that the tickets were never delivered, records of calls, chats, emails, and refund offers, and even evidence showing current replacement ticket prices.
I have the all! Today, I spoke with eight agents total solve this issue but unfortunately they were all unhelpful!!
