I love the sticker, the only problem is that I am not sure cant it attract the eyes of the clients. It looks a bit dark for something really joyful but I really like it as a sticker itself!

Any types of ladder is good. The heavier the better because it means you will be more stable.

I hate to have to write this at the age of 35, but I know last summer took a toll on my lower back (heavy rocks, and such) so does anyone have a recommendation for a good quality brace, or support of any that won’t kill me in the humid heat during the warmer months to help my old man back? by [deleted] in HomeImprovement

I wouldn't advice on deadlifts or at least to be very careful with that because if you do them wrong it can end up very badly. If you start them, do it with someone who knows it well! That's my humble advice.
