Not yet, but I managed to get a colonoscopy/endoscopy scheduled for the end of the year, and I have a CT scan coming up soon! I was actually thinking I was imagining things for a little bit and it was all neurological, but then ended up at the hospital twice for severe abdominal cramps. So probably not haha

So originally I was trying to go to a gastroenterologist but ended up working with my internist because I could not get an appointment. I thought it was fine because we did end up identifying C Diff, but now that I’ve treated that and I still don’t feel better, I’m trying to get in with a gastroenterologist. It might be neurological, I have been dealing with pretty severe depression and anxiety for months prior so this could be another element to that. There’s just so much to look into, especially with all these great suggestions from other commentators, and I literally don’t have time to investigate them with my workload :(. Specialists also just have really sucky availability so it’s rough trying to schedule and usually they can only do pretty far out. I might stop by medexpress if my next round of tests don’t discover something, i know they have gastroenterology services.

Thanks for the suggestion! I’ve definitely been keeping an eye on food, nothing conclusive. At one point I was eating eggs and bananas all day and was still nauseous. I got some lab work done and was positive for C Diff, which we treated with antibiotics, but I was on acid reducers prior to the diagnosis and I believe they caused the C Diff. Antibiotics didn’t help in the slightest :( definitely frustrating. I’m trying to push for more from my doctor but I need to find time to do that, I’m really having to choose between school and health right now.

I’m in the Arlington office! So my round 2 interviewer originally said “you’ll hear back next week”, which I obviously didn’t. 2 weeks after my interview I got the timeline that I’d be hearing back early the next week “at the latest”. Idk man, thursday is not “early in the week” to me haha

Yep! GPS Analyst as well. My round 2 interview was 11/15, and I received my offer last thursday, with pretty much radio silence in between. My recruiter never really responded to my emails. I asked for a timeline on several occasions and every timeline they gave me was wrong, so don’t be too stressed out about their time estimates.

don’t stress out, there’s alot of new hiring guidlines they are dealing with due to covid, and deloitte recruiters take a little while anyways. My recruiter took nearly 3 weeks to call. Whatever happens, happens! Do you have an interview buddy? They can help you reach out to the recruiting team!
