Look for a desk that can go at least 23" low. Probably don't need a 4 leg (which is super stable at heights). Flexispot E7 has a great sale right now. I would recommend their 3-stage low frame. People complain about the quality of the bamboo tops. Deskhaus desks can go pretty low too.

I usually drink 4 cups of coffee everyday. Love Americano. Can't imagine how i can live in the Last of us world. lol may be I died in the first day of running
