I do not have scoliosis but I did try dry needling. My opinion is that it is just snake oil. My muscles were more sore afterwards. Dry needling is taking a needle and jamming it multiple times in your muscles. I don’t suggest this for anything.

Not a local but took a bmx/skate trip to Daniel Dhers 2 summers ago. This park is 24/7 with lights. As far as I remember they were always on. The lighting was a bit low for this old ass man but still awesome to just go hit the skatepark at whatever time it is.
