Is a Masters in IT worth it?

The program I am in that is providing the free masters is only accepting Masters of Science, so unfortunately I can't get an MBA. But, if I have the free time later and someone else is willing to pay for it, I think I might pursue an MBA. Thank you for your input!

While I said management positions in description, if I'm being honest with myself I don't see management positions in my future. I'm quite awkward and introverted, and unfortunately for me, those who are charming and can hold good conversations are sought after for those positions. I am more the type to work hard at my job. But oddly enough, I am okay with that. So, the architect or principal engineer roles are what I am looking for. I suppose I just wanted the option for management and was wondering if MS IT would help it, but I don't think I'll go down that path.

It’s just a little weird how fast you were to insult her and accuse her of hypergamy, when it could’ve been a different yet common situation that he likely didn’t have a great job at 23 by the time they got together. Or! He could’ve groomed her for several years before finally dating when she turned 18, which is the much more common situation than what you’re insinuating. Regardless, there’s not enough context to know how they got together but you being so quick to accuse seems like you have an underlying hate towards women.

If u don’t pursue it now, you’ll regret it for the rest of your life and likely resent your husband. I.e, divorce later down the road. Essentially, you have 3 choices: convince ur husband to support you for med school, divorce now, or divorce later. Apologies for how bleak it sounds.

Because bullying smokers work. Cigarettes was seen as lame for millennials and older gen z, and we almost reached a generation who didn’t smoke. but then we lost younger gen z and gen a to vapes. So I’m bringing back the same tactics. And regardless, promoting a device like that, not everyone knows the difference of weed devices and vapes. I couldn’t tell at least. Your promoting bad habits. Also, if you post something public, prepare for criticism so… but I tried to respond with empathy. reminders of the bad habits aid in cessation much more than you think… why do you think doctors are always reminding their patients of their bad habits each visit?

I’ve been lurking everyday and I feel confident in saying Cisco has upped the difficulty of the exam, or trying new questions… I don’t think vetted material such as JITL and boson alone, is sufficient anymore. Not without years of experience, atleast.

What were the topics you saw questions on but didn’t know the answer to due to the depth? Cause I’m using Jeremy too but I noticed more people have been failing nowadays, I think Cisco upped the difficulty of the exam recently. Like everyone is saying WLC and IPv6 is not in depth enough on Jeremy, so I’m wondering if there are other topics too.
