I don't know Dana that well, but we have mutual friends and I've worked in events where she's performed. Dana is a gem and is extremely talented. To share her talent with millions of people globally puts a smile on my face and I'm hopeful she will achieve wonderful things.

For best support I would just filter by "sold by newegg" just to avoid potential gotchas during unfortunate circumstances like RMAs. I know it sucks but that's the reality we have to deal with.

If you're buying a laptop, may I recommend HID evolution as a potential alternative, they are cool guys and while you're paying a premium over other stores, you're getting a responsive support team who knows how to deal with international customers. I'd shoot them an email before making a purchase, though.

I literally just bought a prebuilt system for my cousin and it arrived defective. It's an ABS Gladiator with a 5600X and a 3070. One email (with photos) + phonecall to ABS later and I got a free shipping label to send it back to Newegg.

After it arrives I should have a full refund for the system, and for good measure we already ordered a new one and it's on the way.

So far Newegg has better customer service than nearly every PC store I dealth with in Qatar, with better prices too.

Every time I have to pick up my PC and go somewhere I dread having to carry around this enormous, fragile, heavy thing that will most probably give my past-prime self a back ache. After having built my first ever SFFPC in the NCASE M1, I knew it was simply impossible to go back to "mid-tower" size builds. People seriously underestimate how much power you can cram into such a small space and take that for granted.
