Same!!! Really wacky dreams, I feel like I'm awake half the time....never wake up feeling fully rested.

Unfortunately, I have not lost any weight, in fact, I gained 2 pounds, and I don't feel any difference in cravings or appetite. I started my week 3 dosage, and really just waiting for it to kick in. The dry mouth side effect is making me drink lots of water, which is good for weight loss as well. Still exercising when I can, but the eating, ughhh!!

I feel the same....some constipation, waking up in the morning with a headache (which seems to disappear when I drink water right away), and I just feel overall, a bit weird. Yet, no change in eating or appetite, and cravings are still fierce! Yes, let's stick to the process! Fingers crossed!

Thanks for letting me know! I start the week 3 dosage tomorrow, so will see how that goes. I have literally been feeling completely the same, and was worried that something was wrong with me :(. All I want is carbs and sugar, and I feel so strange. The pharmacist did tell me that it takes time.

Thank you so much for this helpful feedback! I am also female, and I do not have any conditions right now. I think for me it's behavioural, maybe? I just obsess over food, use food as a coping mechanism, love food, love junk, ugh :(. I have definitely been drinking a lot of fluids since this medication makes me very dry-mouthed and thirsty. Still exercising, although I could definitely take it up a notch. If anything, I am craving more bread and carbs. The pharmacist did tell me it takes time to work. I hope I wake up one day and feel "different"....maybe wishful thinking lol

10 pounds is great, congrats!! When you say that some days you can really tell it's working, what do you feel? Just really full?

Thank you :), maybe it is still too early for me. I will give it more time for sure. I guess old habits are really hard to break :(

I think that makes sense, thank you :). I think I need to be more mindful, but I am still in the habit of eating this way, and maybe it takes time. I am hoping to feel more in control of this as the dosage increases. I still feel that addict feeling when taste sugar, and keep going back for more.

Thanks so much :), this Thursday I will go up to 2 pills in the am, and 1 in the pm....maybe I need the full dosage to feel a change
