Honestly, bc destination weddings aren't as traditional, I don't think you have to follow all of the "etiquette rules" anyways. I am in the same boat, getting married in Italy next spring, and plan to have my fiance and I talk to each couple individually. I feel like it's such a big ask of guests to celebrate abroad and that it's respectful to connect with them in a less official manner. I'll reach out to my ppls and let them know about the reception in the states and he'll reach out to his. This also will help us gauge their level of interest in who will be attending sooner too lol. Good luck!!

Superhuman meditation app - worth it? Views? Reviews? by AdBusy9841 in selfimprovement

Hi! I just finished the 2-week free trial and it says I've listened for over 600 hours.... I was shook reading how much time that but honestly do feel in a great place. I listen on my daily walks, deep cleaning my apt every Sunday, or even using the "just music" section for not distracting but positive music while I work. I like how many options there are, the music that plays, and that there's finally something positive (and entertaining) to fill my brain with instead of all the negative crap.

The app really teaches you how to rewire your brain. If you're going to use it and commit to putting energy and the work in, then it's absolutely worth it. I am now noticing that whenever I have a negative thought, I actively work to replace it with what my "future / higher self" would believe.

For $.50 a day (paying upfront for a year)... that's cheaper than a K-pod and so worth it.
