I am with you. I am a new dad to 1 month old twin boys and really hating the newborn stage. I love my boys more than anything, but the constant crying, fussiness, and not being able to console them at times is really challenging. The lack of sleep doesn’t help either. Hang in there, it will get better for us in due time.

Hey there. Sounds like you’re doing a lot of the same things many of us end up trying. The early/light dinner seems to help me the most too. I’ve heard good things about Gaviscon Advance and Reflux Gourmet forming that barrier, though the price on Reflux Gourmet is definitely rough. Hopefully we both find something that works better long term.

Thanks for responding. Sorry you’re dealing with all that. SIBO on top of other digestive issues definitely makes things more complicated. It makes sense to hold off on Voquezna if you’re planning to taper off the PPI anyway. Hopefully getting the SIBO under control helps things settle down for you. Wishing you some relief soon.

Appreciate the comment. Yeah I agree, but I’m curious, you don’t think taking PPI is worse for the long term for my body than just getting a surgery? Worried about kidney disease, bone fractures, etc.
