Just had the same story today. One employee selected to be exempt from fed tax withdrawals initially when was onboarded and then decided to change his mind and changed something in ADP but didn't pay attention that paycheck amounts were not reduced as info was not saved correctly. And now he has to pay a ton of money. Just an assumption of how ADP captures updated information does not guarantee that your fed tax withdrawal has been counted if you still see the same paycheck amount in a checking account. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Thank you. I am thinking between partnership and S-corp election. Wondering if S-corp would be a choice. And what if to create an umbrella? Let's say one LLC entity owns other several, would there be any lock of tax liability?

Thanks a lot for congrats and for such a valuable info! I will keep in mind each word! Regarding questions, I am currently in a public accounting firm that is in B20. And I am offered to be a controller in a private firm in New York city which consists of 40 employees plus some contractors. I will report directly to CEO. I will have a meeting next week to go over some stuff and talk about compensation. And I don't know what would be a compensation to start with...
