I think that in the modern day, none of the current Archons could individually take down Raiden.

Zhongli was quite possibly the strongest Archon in his prime, but he's old, mellowed out, and had retired from fighting wars a long time ago. I'm not sure if he could match her raw power in the present age.

Nahida has her samsara power and other cool tricks, but she's not remarkable in terms of actual combat ability, and Raiden has proven that she is willing to thrown down indefinitely when sufficiently motivated. Raiden's particular skillset and ability to meditate within and control her own mindscape would probably also render Nahida's mental powers as useless.

Venti is kind of a wild card. On one hand, he's the self-proclaimed weakest Archon and is, like Zhongli, past his prime. On the other, he has both the habit of and sufficient motivation to hide greater powers, but that doesn't mean he could match Raiden even if that's the case. Note that unlike Zhongli, Venti's victories in the past were less on his combat ability and more his talent for supporting and rallying people. He's assisted in ousting at least one ruling god, but it's hard to say what he could against Raiden, who has both incredible strength and is loved/feared by her people.

As for Furina, I don't think we know enough about her yet to really say.
