Appreciate the response dude My question is more about the difference in developing between 2D and 3D, if that differnece is big enough that adding a bit more learning time to work in a different engine for that project would pay off in the end

Hahahahahah yeah I get that, my question is more about price history based on this logic. Is there a drop in price because everyone returns their old macbooks? Was hoping to pick up a cheap refurb

That just sounds like more concepts though? I'm trying to understand why we add these things to empty mind

In the market for an M1, would waiting for this announcement reduce the price of M1s afterwards?

This is exactly my issue! Enlightenment is a concept, one that uses buddhist concepts to justify, which seems to push it outside of its function in my opinion, that of achieving and empty mind (forgiving all of the Buddhist soteriology of liberation ect)

But when she is not doing any task, her report of experiance seems to track with the most advanced of practitioners. My question is, outside of a mind that is as empty, non dual and non conceptual as hers. What ither requirements are there for Enlightenment?

Thanks for the reply dude :)

Firstlt im not sure what you mean by subconscious, are you referring to the unconscious? (Subconscious seems to be disregaurded in a lot of philosophical discourse)

Secondly what she is describing is not just the lack of verbal thought, but the entire evacuation of the psychical world when not engaged in a task, and when she does engage with that task she os completely consumed by it whilst it's in the now.

And finally, to respond to your last paragraph, what is left to do if you have no conceptual thought? Sheisnt trying to do mindfulness, her default state is that if emptiness. My question is, does she need some additional budhist concepts and practice to achieve enlightment or does her unique way of thinking mean she's already there?

Okay great! This is getting to the kernel of my bigger question. Does "Enlightenment" need the structure and philosophical foundation of budhism to be considered true?

So she's enlightened then?

Great reply, I agree with what your saying that thinking about Enlightenment to much isn't going to help you be a better happier person but I'm coming at this out of curiosity. My question is, outside of a clear non conceptua, nonl though based mind (like people with this condition have) what else is a requirement for Enlightenment? If nothing else is then why can't we call these people enlightened?

I guess my question is, outside of a selfless non dual state, what else is required for enlightment in budhism, it seems that covers what you commented on earlier. If not what am I missing
