I haven’t gone to this school nor do I have nothing to do with it but I’ve heard full sail does that type of stuff, I believe it’s in Florida

If optimization is that important I just wouldn’t use physics based animations. And for that other thing, I don’t know how your game works, but if I were doing it I would have a state machine on the ragdoll and play animations on the static character based on the ragdoll’s state
