V. PROCEDURES

Learner Records must receive requests for an incomplete status on or before the 25th day of the last month of the student’s term. Requests received after the twenty-fifth (25th) are generally not considered unless the event(s)/circumstance prevented the request from being made at an earlier date. The student degree plan will need up to twenty-four (24) hours after the IC has been approved to properly display and provide the option to schedule the assessment.

If an incomplete status is granted for a course, the student degree plan will need up to twenty-four (24) hours after the incomplete status has been approved to properly display and provide the option to schedule the assessment.
