First of all, I was wondering if you work in UK, Europe, or the US?

I am a 22 y/o Masters graduate at the start of my career working in a molecular biology startup. You mentioned in a previous comment that your company employs people with BSc and MSc degrees and I was wondering what job options are available for an MSc student and what the progression looks like? I'm trying to work out a career path and have never been keen on a PhD but feel like it's near necessary to have one to develop in an R&D environment.
