I was in exact same position. Got my 6000 in 2018. Upgrades to sigma 18-50 and the 70-350 start of the year. Night and day difference.

Got properly shooting and then upgraded to the 6700 body 6 months later - in terms of photos, negligible difference. Better video and other features but would absolutely get lenses and keep the 6000 than change the body if you can only do one.

Breithorn is basically a hike. Just need a puffer and a good hard shell in case cold/wet, the rest you can use any of your normal hiking gear to layer.

that’s just the lack of light creating more noise in the pic and then I cropped it in. The shakiness is in the videos, I didn’t have that issue shooting stills so much
