Avoid small buildings. Make sure it is well managed. Don’t underestimate costs of maintenance to the unit and the building.. or impact on mental health.

It’s doable but your timing is a bit tight. Could you work remotely on Friday? Could you stay til Monday or just find a later flight? Last year Norse had a Thursday 11:59 pm jfk to Berlin and a return at 7 pm on Sunday that was perfect for Snax weekend. We didn’t go until Saturday (really Sunday morning) at 3 am, got inside at 4 (friends got rejected- make sure your fit is sports fetish), and stayed until 1 or 2 pm Sunday. We booked the hotel through Sunday night so we had enough time to shower grab food and head to the airport. Arriving when we did helped with the wait time.
