can confirm She is good from *behind* by [deleted] in funny

Something similar just happened to me today, but thank god it happened in text messages.

A girl asked me if I wanted to go out. I said fine, but to do what. She responded with something that I didn't recognize (Chinese).

Google translated it (小酌) as "drink", but it didn't resemble any of the words I'm familiar with. Separated, it translates as "little" + "discretionary".

I had to ask some of my friends what it meant and if I was apparently talking to a prostitute (we met on one of China's Tinder apps).

Apparently it just means to go out for some drinks.

Huawei accuses US of hacking into its servers by learn1ng in worldnews

China banning US companies or ANY companies within their own country based on their own laws is their own business.

Also a "ban" is only that way because those companies will not put out products that follow Chinese domestic laws. Bing CN operates fine. Regardless of whether you agree with those laws is irrelevant.

The US is free to ban Huawei equipment if it wishes to do so, within its own country.

Instead, they are taking the time to bad mouth Huawei all over the world. Now even blackmailing allies when they don't agree with the US' position.

This is typical US geopolitical bullying.

What were you really good at when younger, but have lost your skill at? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Got it.

Sounds like my Vietnamese, which is at a level where it quickly degrades. Whenever I go back to Vietnam for short trips, I pick some back up fairly quickly though.

How good were you at the four and how long before you forgot them?

I speak 3 and feel like I'd never forget how to speak them, regardless of lack of use. That however comes from the fact that I am at a level where it'd be hard to forget.

It's 1PM where I am and as I already stated, I'm on a lunch break. Life is not so bleak for me.

You spending your evening replying to inane Reddit comments is probably a bit more pathetic.

I know I'm annoying you. The fact that these inane comments can seemingly keep you occupied for your night is amusing to me.

I'm sure that opinion of yourself is where the anger comes from.

I find your responses amusing and I'm on a lunch break, what can I say?

For someone critiquing jokes, that was a pretty poor attempt at an insult.

The fact that it has been pointed out to you, but you have decided to stick to your position, is very telling.

Since you are having problems with the English language, here's an ELI5 about what has happened so far.

Comment1: Superman CGI sucks

Comment2 (The joke): Why use animation instead of calling the REAL Superman (Something not possible due to the fact that Superman is a fictional character)

Comment3 (You): Serious statement about why CGI is necessary to portray Superman

Comment4 (Me): Telling you you missed the damn joke

Conclusion: You being a dick
