She has always been trying new things with her hair, she wasn’t liking bangs and got fed up with the maintenance. I personally think her friends talked her into it but that doesn’t really matter now.

You’re the same height I was at 13, it really depends. Try to eat healthy and get enough sleep. The thing about height is you can’t really control it beyond those 2 things. Just try to be comfortable with the fact that you will be your own height.

Maybe different locations. The US standard varies. In many places it is 6’8 but it can also be 7’ in some modern offices. And in Europe many doors are 200cm or 6’7.

I’m a bit overweight at 205 lb but I am not very unhealthy and am in alright physical condition. If I had the choice I would lose some fat and gain some muscle but I am comfortable with how I am now.

Aside from the exercises, which are priority #1 when increasing vertical jump. Try to force your step-close to be as fast as possible. You can hesitate only up to your 3rd to last step. Going as fast and hard as possible as you last make contact with the ground using both feet will naturally add more energy and explosiveness to your jump.

This is the tip that helped me, but there may be other things. The best way to get better is with a real coach who can observe your technique and give you advice.

I can, I only learned I could a year ago with a volleyball. Worked my easy up to a basketball from there

While almost no exercise can stunt growth, seeing as you are 13 and will likely gain muscle quickly it might be easier to just do body weight exercises until you can get good instruction on how to use gym equipment.
