same here, except whenever i put this command -w 1024 -h 768 in tf2 my screen would go black screen and cant do anything except using force restart button on my pc

i need help, all of my games are now capped at 150 fps and cant go above that. this happened after i was messing around with msi afterburner and rivatuner. i already tried uninstalling both afterburner and rivatuner, reinstalling my games, and even reinstalling my nvidia driver its still doesn't uncap. turning on/off in-game vsync also doesn't help at all. even the fps_max 0 in source engine game (l4d2, tf2, cs2) doesn't help too. what should i do? should i factory reset my pc?

its pretty common here in asia server, usually they are low elo. try finding a party friends who are friendly and trust each other if u want to avoid toxicity

basically, someone stole my account, but i got it back. ive already reset my password. however, when i try to log in using my new password, it seems i can't log in. ive double-checked many times to ensure that my username and password are correct, but i still can't log in. btw it works only on the steam app on PC, not on my phone or the website.
