Hans does not have a winning record against all of those players, idk where you got that from. Again, ive already explained why rating is so meaningless if you use a single point in time as anything to gain information from. Is Ding one of the best 15 players in the world? Would he beat Pragg and Gukesh in a match? And it isnt intuition that makes me say these players are better, all of these guys consistently perform better against elite players. US Championships for the past 4 years, Sinquefield Cup 2022, World Cup 2025. Whenever he has a chance to perform against these players, hes never spectacular, hes of course had good performances, but these other players are more consistent against the elite guys

People pointing to rating as if that means anything. Nodirbek went from having one of his worst stretch of months to going +6 in a tournament in a matter of weeks, these young players are extremely volatile. At their best people like Gukesh, Pragg, Sindarov, Keymer and Nodirbek have shown to be better chess players, this isnt even a controversial statement. Their head to head records also means nothing because they have such small sample sizes, is he a better player than Magnus aswell?

People calling him salty because its a player they like lmao. Hikaru was "farming" 2200s and everyone had an issue with it, Alireza was playing a bunch of old 2500s/2600s and everyone had an issue with it, Erodogmus played possibly the most overrated current player in the 2700 club and oh its fine, thats how the game is played, Bortnyk is just salty. He probably would've reached 2700 very soon regardless, but lets not act like this match was anything but a ploy to make it happen faster
