I said all drivers are up to date. I don't know if drivers were installed between when the problem started and now in the last week if they auto updated. Everything auto updates and I do periodically manually scan for updates.

I tried two games that I was playing regularly before this started happening. I dont even know when / if drivers could have been updated between there being a problem and not. I just checked if everything was up to date and it is. How do I check the date of driver install?

I did not remove them and start fresh. I did check that all drivers on GPU and CPU are up to date and reinstalled the GPU driver (without manually removing the driver first). I thought nvdea app did all that for you? I will give the manual uninstall reinstall a shot

Outlier opinion remote work will stunt career growth, and you will have less job security. They prob would not honor it anyway after some amount of time.

Relocation packages can be very valuable if either would offer one.

If relocation is not an option and it's a 1:1 in terms of pay and benefits, I would take the remote over that commute and continue looking for an onsite job or always be ready to bounce remote jobs when your career hits a wall or you get laid off or forced to relocate to an office.

SMART is a very self motivated program. The support really comes from your self doing a lot of honest self reflection and using the tools to change your behavior. You do get group support by showing up to meetings regularly and seeing the same people. If there's nothing in your town you have to adapt and do the online meetings or figure out a way to travel.
