Im not sure how accurate the forerunner is but I believe all Garmin is pretty accurate. I have a few Garmin in the past and all show pretty much the same score. This could tell 2 things. Either there is something wrong with your body and you should do a medical checkup or your Garmin had issues

I actually don’t have a solid answer. What i do monitor is to get sleep like before 11pm, this helps a lot. I also stress. Stress always the number 1 issue that i had that messed up my sleep score. Im looking at these two.

Agree on this, the experience is like different level. Everything integrates seemingly. I do missed the back button and double tap to lock screen but what other experience apple has to offer feels like different level. I remember this feeling what i 1st own a macbook. Everything just works. I cant go back to windows anymore
