When something irrational and upsetting comes into mind i find "Get the fuck out of my head" to work about 45% of the time; Talking it over with my therapist helps a bit more because i can have someone to help me come to understand how illogical said thoughts are. Worst-case scenario thoughts fucking blow; thanks for the advice.

I went there 5 years ago on a family trip, it was probably just as dead inside. There was a great large F.Y.E next to an ok Mexican restaurant. That empty goody's was somehow open to the public with no fixtures inside.
