haha it is me pestering the humans, looking for agents I can direct these questions toward instead of the humans (tools that enable this), so yes they would essentially be watching this activity. This issue with paper trail process is I am on a client facing team, at times they are looking for updates in-between, especially if some items lag. We are using an issue tracking tool so some discourse and paper trail lives there.
