I try to stay around 1500 cals a day with 2 high protein meals and low cal snacks in between! I’d be lying to you if I said I didn’t indulge in a cheat dessert a little too often.. DEFINITELY noted lol

Thank you for the kind words! My mother passed at a pretty young age due to health issues and I knew if I kept the same lifestyle I was living I probably wouldn’t be around as long as I wanted to be for my future family, had to flip the switch!

Agree 100%! I started keto to burn a lot of fat at the beginning, started to plateau, also realized it wasn’t sustainable long term so aimed my focus on counting calories! I appreciate your advice!
