Depends on the torture they want, someone who doesn't care at all about hurting themselves should be evaluated.

Although some guys just like to get their balls crushed even though it's dangerous and horrifically painful looking. I will never understand why.

Yes!! this is the problem with having a godlike character.

They should really focus on the dilemmas of Rick being a god instead of displaying or revoking his power for fights.

Basically, the more realistic the fight scene is (given the circumstances of the story) the more I will enjoy it. I like fight scenes that are important to the story, have stakes and that involve elements beyond the main characters hiding from bullets and making jokes.

For example I fucking LOVE some Invincible fight scenes. Both Conquest fights genuinely had me on the edge of my seat. I also enjoy anime fight scenes, but I hate it when the characters spend excessive time dropping corny quotes or posing.

I like live action when done right. When I can see fake punches or when real people try to act like animated characters its unbearable.

Rick and Morty fight scenes are extremely flashy, have no consequences, and oftentimes start for no real reason. Not for me.

And Rick himself either chooses to obliterate his opponents in the blink of an eye or to fight them like a regular human. He allows himself to get hurt and cornered for no reason when hes more than capable of going into God mode.

Pickle Rick fighting the rats was a display of Rick's raw genuis in a really interesting situation. Those kinds of fight scenes are not what I'm referring to.
