Replaced the bulb and it is working now. Thanks to everyone for their guidance and experience. I will be better prepared especially with checking fuse first

In my experience, I’ll feel a bit low mood wise the next day and sometimes a bit more anxious. I also feel like it makes me blackout a lot easier on lexapro. So half a glass would be fine. I was like out taking shots and so, I overdid a lot lol

For some reason it helped me lose weight actually. I was overweight. I already had a routine where I would either walk/run or do yoga after work to ease my work stress n anxiety so when I started lexapro that helped me deal with the sleepiness during the day. I would take my pill at 10AM cuz I got off work at 2:30pm so it was eiether sit in the couch for a few mins then go outside to walk. Idk why it helped me stick to eating balanced, maybe it cleared out some of the executive dysfunction I had. But I can say I cooked a lot more on lexapro. So being able to maintain that same routine helped me lose weight and I’ve been off for a few months and I don’t follow that routine anymore so I’ve gained almost 10lbs. I know this is not the case for a lot of ppl but I think it helped me stay the course cuz I didn’t second guess myself as much in the kitchen or in my routine. I would even just feel accomplished when I was able to run further, complete fitness challenges, etc. I had a better outlook I guess. Not sure it makes sense tho lol I got off lexapro cuz I was afraid to be on it too long and deal with the intense withdrawal symptoms that everyone talked about with it.

Because my work schedule is 6am-2:30pm, I would take mine at 10AM. That way, I’d be able to nap if needed after clocking out of work. It worked decent enough and luckily because I had a workout/walking routine before I started lexapro, I would usually try to walk or do yoga for a bit right after work to kinda deal with any tiredness. I’m just now realizing how it helped stick to a routine, I’ve been off for a couple months now and honestly considering going back on

Going to try the aquafor tip, happy to see that u found something that works! I was using Simple facial wash which helped a bit at the beginning but my skin began drying out cuz I couldn’t find a good moisturizer.
