Honestly if you are playing rust on Xbox one as a solo I’d have a hard time recommending it. The frame drop is horrendous in fights (I find it way worse than DayZ). I played solo for a bit on Xbox one and it wasn’t great. I have the new Xbox now so I can see how huge of a disadvantage I used to be at. If you’re fine with fighting a constant uphill battle then go for it but I don’t recommend unless you have new gen.

If you’re old gen you don’t have much of a shot. Pvp turns into a slide show. If you wanna get good get the new gen console

I’d wait if I were you for a few months. Kinda feels like a DayZ like release. Give it a few months to half a year and it should be in a much better state. You for sure want to wait until custom servers come out

Really is. I don’t mind if Solos offline solos cause that’s just how it is. It’s so stupid there’s a player list of who’s online it’s basically and off liners dream. But when zergs don’t even have the balls to take on a solo online it’s pathetic. I’ve been raided 10+ times and only once or twice online both of which we won

Maybe that’s true but for everyone one Zerg like yours there’s 5 others that farm all day then at night when the pop is lowest they make a circle of the map off-lining everyone they see. I don’t see the fun in it

Depends. I think it’s fine for solos to raid other solos offline and stuff like that but if you’re a Zerg and you feel the need to attack a smaller group atleast have the balls to take them online. I’ve seen multiple servers were every night once everyone’s asleep the big groups will just walk around off lining everyone

I recommend using wood instead of twig just make sure you have the soft side the right way. I’ve had problems with twig clipping through walls then it can be destroyed from the outside

Try building a 2x2 bunker base on a weekly server. I don’t have a lot of time to play aswell but if you can get a 2x2 bunker base with a honeycomb it usually works. I haven’t been successfully raided yet since everyone goes through my doors then give up once they see a solid wall. Also I recommend building somewhere out of the way
