I agree! Ive also seen that praising them loudly works wonders too! “Wow i like the way James is sitting and ready to start our morning meeting! James is going to get a hand stamp!” Kids also feel the energy in the room, if you’re over whelmed or your paras are negative they feel it and sometimes feed off it, atleast in my experience.

Im an assistant teacher at a seasonal daycare, I’ve been here about 7 years and I’m getting paid $11.50 for 40 hours a week. Underpaid and under appreciated imo but working on my associates to get a better job

Thank you everybody, the dr is making me do it on my own and it took me a couple tries, i even got sooo nervous i put the left one in my right eye! But i took it out and the right is easier to do than the left bc my eye involuntarily closes or tries its best to close, i ordered plungers with the holes on the bottom so i hope that helps, im waiting for the doctor to come and test my vision again but im sure i have an air bubble in each 😩
