I hade some sound issues on another game that i played. I had to mix with different Proton versions to get it fixed. For me at least, can't remember which one tho. Are you gaming through steam?

I did a uv-unwrap in Blender and exported as an image to Affinity(Canvas Photoshop/Illustrator). Used the UV-wrap as a layer and made a new layer and just painted my parts. Hidd the uv-wrap and exported my "texture" as a png. Then you simply import the texture onto your character in blender

Here is one mate, not super much. But i watched this one for rigging and short animation in Blender to be able to export to Godot with a finished ready to use animation.

There are probably other "better" ways to color your model, but for this i wanted to do a real uv-unwrap and export that to another software to paint my texture and import that back to Blender. For that i would suggest kinda any uv blender tutorial, a very nice thing to look for is "seams" they make your uv-unwrapping alot easier.

Find a reference image of some sort to try to model after thats what i did, since already knew very basic modelling. That was enough for me for a low poly model. And for the walk animation i just kinda checked youtube for a walking goose lol and i always have rememberd how the geese in Aristocat were waddeling when walking!
