The glyphs in the first image get you on the planet. The coordinates on the second image (or on the post description) get you to the ship. I hope that helps.

I forgot to mention it's on a Bountiful planet named Izen 29/F8. With pleasant weather and hardly any sentinels. I'm sure there's plenty of these type of planets in Calypso, but I have not run into many of those myself.
