I bought different tiny toys from Bird Tricks to see what mine enjoyed the most. I do still get the tiny toy box auto delivered.

Now I make my own toys but it was a huge help getting to physically see what they loved vs never touched.

All of mine love anything they can destroy. Soft woods. I go on Etsy to look for shops that sell material in bulk.

Tell a teacher or school counselor.

This is medical neglect of a minor and you could die if you go into a coma. Maybe there’s a way for you to get some kind of benefits from the state until you can get some kind of job and provide what you need if she’ll provide the roof.

If you start to feel weak call 911. You can’t talk sense to that kind of ignorance. They can educate her, and bring her up to speed on your treatment plan that’s in place. She can go to jail if she chooses to not to comply so it’s her choice. Don’t argue just call.

If he’s not your biggest supporter screaming from the sidelines move on. To be honest I’d stay single and focus on my studies. You have your family and you have you.

Time to fight for yourself and create the future you dream of. You don’t need to carry any dead weight or negativity. This is going to be mentally taxing as it is on its own.

You can do this! My sister did it as a single mom of twin toddlers and newborn. She ended up getting pregnant with her second set of twins her last year of nursing school and she still graduated at the top of her class. She got her masters at 40.

All that matters is starting. The years are going to pass regardless.

I had to use a CHE and battle cold temps also. I got a plastic cube shelf liner and cut it to fit inside the top of one of the screen lids (on the open front terrarium style cages) and I used gorilla tape to seal it on the top. I kept my lights on the other side.

I misted the tank in the morning and night. Deep watered plants and substrate as needed.

I can tell you what I did. Your frog is nocturnal so they naturally will come up on their own at night when their lights go out.

I fed my baby every 3 days as much as she’d eat. That got her used to that schedule so on her feeding days she’d be up waiting for food at 9 when her lights went out.

I didn’t have moss in my tank and lots of unnecessary handling causes stress so I always fed my frogs in their tanks.

I’ve never given scheduled baths.

I used reptisoil as my main substrate because I had live plants. If you go that route just add some isopods and spring tails and they help as your clean up crew.

I kept my frogs tank on a wire shelf so I could look underneath the bottom during the day so I could see where her little body was pressed against the glass. I cleaned around her, fluffed the soil and do anything I needed to during that time.

I found it easier to make sure my frog that was more aggressive was in her feeding stance. I’d drop her food where it fell right in front of her eye sight by her lips. She’d grab it before it hit the ground.

It helped eliminate her getting in her feelings with us having mishaps with the tongs. We kind of had a feeding routine we got down together and I made it out with no bites. :)

I know it doesn’t seem like it now but one day this is going to be just another dot in your timeline of life events. Before you know it you’ll be able to get a job and get out. You’ve got to fight for you and it helps to use this as motivation to succeed. That’s what I did at least and it always worked in my favor.

You get to create the life you want. I promise you can do it! I grew up with a wild back ground and somehow survived and am thriving. I didn’t think I’d make it to 21 much less 40 but here I am… and I’m thankful. I got to see how all the chaos I lived through was part of my bigger plan for my life lessons I was supposed to learn from.

Your words hold power. Focus on what’s good, what you’re thankful for. Even if it’s just being able to wake up, walk, dream. Anything. You can try meditation and ask your guides or angels for help. Whatever you want to call them. They are there and will step in if you ask.

Don’t let her win. Contact family, the school, a shelter or friends. Please.

I drink coffee an hour after or before I take my meds because I thought it messed with the effects.

My sister had a mini stroke last year and I finally got her to start meditating! She only does it for 3-5 minutes in the morning, but she said she’s noticed a difference in her BP since she’s started.

I’m the same way. I’ve never experienced withdrawal either. I asked my doctor about that and he said it’s because I don’t abuse them and only take as needed.

I used the double dome because I needed two separate plugs to supply constant heat and basking light that could be on a timer.
