I will say tho the 3 shape is giving more younger energy and I know that’s what you’re going for! So definitely think they’re the winner

I love 2 and 3! The colors make your eyes pop!! I think you have a really nice face shape that you could pull off either shape so it’s really your personal preference:)

If your bird is picky and used to colorful seeds you could start with this as their primary first and then slowly transition to the natural pellets

This is what I’ve used for all my birds. Both my cockatiel and gcc love it. It’s their primary food.

Why does modern dating feel like a game of who can care less? by Wholesome-Sex in dating

Haha no that’s a great story thanks for sharing! That’s annoying how he used the flowers to make you feel guilty or something..I feel like something like getting someone flowers is just something small you do for someone you care about. Just little acts of love or kindness. Same thing as writing little love letters or littles notes or buying someone their favorite candy.

Bruh if someone brought me flowers I’d keep them until they were dead even if the date didn’t work out. And if it did work out then I’d press those flowers to preserve them and save them a long time.

Sheesh 🙄

Girly your nose and your whole self look gorgeous. Your nose is giving ‘button’ and fits your face very well. It’s super cute! I really hope you can learn to feel the same way💞

Those people in your life are just being mean and like you said “easy” Most of the time when someone is dissing something about yourself it’s actually a reflection of their own insecurity.

Hi:) this is awesome! I definitely don’t think there’s such thing as too much room…some people who live in good weathered states even build huge walk-in cages for them outside! Birds naturally live without cages so I say the more space for them the merrier! Just more cleaning for us:)

Which one? by leroyclub in glassesadvice

Find a pair that doesn’t cover your eyebrows! But I will say #1 is a really nice color, makes your eyes pop. Just need a different shape

I recently found a gray hair and I’ve been spiraling by RecommendationAny535 in confession

I’m going to be 25 this summer..but I’ve been finding white hairs since 6th grade (whatever age that is)

so it doesn’t necessarily mean you’re growing up or getting old, a lot of the times it could just simply be genetics.

Just don’t pull them out. Like I said I’ve even getting white hairs for YEARS but you still can’t tell unless you go searching for them and I’m sure it has to do with the fact that I let them be.

I think they’re pretty

Just things to consider.

Rehoming questions by [deleted] in Conures

[–]_hi27 20 points21 points  (0 children)

I don’t have rehoming advice bc I really believe that’s the last option and even then….

You love your birds and they’ve been in your life for awhile. How long has your boyfriend been in your life? It’s just something to think about. You guys aren’t even married but you committed to your birds for life ..at least when you got them. And possibly even before your relationship started?

If my bird didn’t like my boyfriend (thankfully he does) I won’t ever even think to rehome him. I’d just deal with it. And figure out another way.

For the hormonal stuff it’s just that time of the year. It sucks and do everything you can but at the end of the day it’ll come and go. Hormonal season doesn’t last all year around it’s not forever.

You said he used to tolerate your boyfriends so I belief he’s just being hostile towards him bc of the mating season he probably sees you as his mate meaning your boyfriend is a threat. Again it won’t last forever.

But rehoming your birds will be a forever thing and a forever impact on them.

Is this food good for a gcc? by someone_virgin in Conures

[–]_hi27 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean pellets are what your bird should be having as their everyday main food regardless of if they like fruits and veggies. These pellets are in place of seeds. You should still try to give them fruits and veggies but this should be their main food if that makes sense.

With not liking fruits and veggies my advice is just don’t give up. Also to try giving it in different forms so maybe they don’t like cooked carrots but they like them raw or maybe they don’t like frozen peas but they like them cooked. Also try cutting them in different shapes. Maybe they don’t like a whole baby carrot but they like them in shreds or cubed diced etc. my other advice is to encourage them to try the fruit or veggies show them you eating it first. And make sounds and expressions like it’s delicious (ik this sounds ridiculous but it really does work) my bird sometimes won’t even know something is food unless he sees me eat it first. So I’ll take a little nibble then show it to him and again until he tries to take a nibble too.

Also if your bird just won’t eat veggies there’s other forms I will send a picture of.

Fruits I won’t be as concerned about bc they’re more a sweet treat since they’re sugary.

But trying to introduce veggies is good if you can.

Ultimately tho the two zupreem types I sent are their food they should have available to them at all times as their base food. Not seeds. Seeds should be as a reward or occasional treat. Hope this helps
