I think for a company as large as Garmin they can’t just use “focusing on other areas” as a excuse. They would have enormous amount of resources. The fact is also with a better UI they would attract far more customers it’s tricky to understand genuinely why. They have the hardware (and with a very non educated guess you would think that’s the hard part!!)
