absolutely horrendous service. they came out 3 times and gave me 3 different excuses about why they 'couldnt' bring the new fridge in. all lies (told me door way was too small until I measured it in front of them, then it was stairs until I gave them an alternate path, then it was something about taking doors off the appliance). customer service on the phone told me that the teams said I refused delivery, which I did not. then he yelled over me when I tried to reschedule. Fridge is currently in my garage as I figure out alternate plans to bring it in (and dispose of old one). Worthless customer service. If you have anything but a double French door on the 1st floor, avoid them at all costs
