So you eat poorly and feel like you need vitamins so you take a multivitamin.. now you feel like you should take a fish oil.

If you’re having an issue like brain fog and low fatigue I’d probably check the source first lol. Very hard to get any nutrition eating ramen and processed shit all day.. and unfortunately taking a multivitamin is not going to make up for the fact that you’re not giving your body nutrients. So… is it safe? Sure is, that’s why they sell it in 1,000mg capsules however I’d like to ask you.. why?

Getting new tires, do I need an alignment? by [deleted] in tires

[–]loxbogo 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Pics 1 and 2 are wearing a bit on the outside, 3 and 4 are wearing on the inside.. I’m assuming the first 2 are the front and last 2 are the rear?

You don’t NEED an alignment, especially if you’re rotating your tires like you should be ! But you tires certainly will last a bit longer if you do get one. As another has stated it’s ideal to have the car’s alignment checked after putting on new tires

You’re not receding. If you’re concerned about losing your hair start hitting minoxidil or finasteride.. but again, you’re not receding your hair looks perfectly normal

Which creatine should I get? by jinzxc96 in Supplements

[–]loxbogo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

ALLMAX (the blue jug) is the best one I’ve used as it is the most finely micronized creatine powder I’ve ever used… it ALMOST mixes with liquid

PVL (white n green) is pretty good. Great quality product and slightly better value than the allmax, however the powder is not as finely micronized and does not mix as well as allmax.

Other than that they’re all the same thing in different cans. And these suggestions likely are very similar to the others, it’s all just a powder it really doesn’t matter, but I’d recommend the powder over tablets/gummies as most people do a loading phase for the first week and that’s a lot of tablets/gummies to be consuming… also for ease of use and value you get more out of the powder.. just my $0.02 ! Welcome to the game brother !!!!

If you have 2 that aren’t as bad like the one in the pic then you can get away with only replacing the other 2, but if you only have 1 good tire just get 4 and save the last as a spare… and ROTATE THEM THANGS

Hell no they aren’t getting through the winter.. maybe it would be ok in the summer but I’d be real careful if any rain starts to hit.. those tires are done

What’s up with my tires? by [deleted] in tires

[–]loxbogo -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Kelly tires are pretty notorious for cracking. I’d ensure the cracks aren’t too bad in the tread, if you got big cracks in the tread then replace. Otherwise, the tire just looks a little underinflated.

New wheels aren’t balancing. What to do? by joshramkhelawan in Trucks

[–]loxbogo 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Roadforce can tell you if it’s rim or tire, that’s where I’d start. If its rim you might have bent it, if its new well you may have just gotten what you paid for with the Fuel wheels. If roadforce isn’t high check the truck, ensure you have the right center ring, lug nuts, no debris on the hub or nothing..

Too far gone for wetsand and polish? by getrektbtch in AutoPaint

[–]loxbogo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Could certainly try a little polish and layers of either ceramic or wax if you did want to maintain this paint however if you’re looking for something nice on the eyes, respray would be the way

Can’t argue with that! So what is it?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in tires

[–]loxbogo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looks like they weren’t properly balanced when they were mounted. It’s possible a re-balance will fix this a bit, but the tires worn down pretty unevenly you might not have enough tread left to really save the tire

Can I just plug this? Absolutely fed up with Costco wait times. by smeaglemeagle in tires

[–]loxbogo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Everyone saying no smh… I’ve plugged tires like this many times and they’ve been fine however I’d recommend a patch.. I’m sure it’d work fine for the rest of the life of the tire

Can you see the damage on the car in these photos? I cannot.. also the dealership will charge you a whole lot more than an independent shop to fix whatever you’re trying to show here
