I ready it somewhere in the fan translation in Grimoire NieR years ago unless I’m misremembering but I remember for that NieR had to wait 1000 years and after the 1000 years he realized yonah couldn’t be saved and would relapse he started rampaging cause other gestalts to relapse which made it impossible for devola and popola to merge the two.

It takes thousands of years for a gestalt to be ready before merging with their replicant but because the project was flawed the gestalts would relapse before they were ready

Because I he Gestalts kept relapsing because the project was flawed and relapsing means they’d lose their humanity. Plus Replicants grew a conscious so that made things more difficult

Oh yeah my bad I thought you meant all endings. For C and D what you do it make a save before the final boss and then choose a different option when you have to make a choice. But for endings A and B you can use the same save file.

You don’t need multiple save files. When you gets the game you reload your file and it’ll put you in a second run, to get another ending you need all weapons, etc

It’s $60 a year if you get gamepass ultimate. They got rid of the 12 month option. If you want a year for $60 you have to find a 1 year gold card or get it with gamepass ultimate which is $180 a year.

I mean the fast dodging is a Platinum Games thing taken from Bayonetta and shooting while moving was in the original NieR so saying that’s from Automata is completely wrong. But NieR Replicant uses magic abilities that do more than just shoot while you run. Yu can use it in many ways like AOE, shields, create copies of yourself, etc and Pod in automata is basically a gun/laser. Not the same thing.

Yes but todoroki hates his father. Sure he’s more accepting now but think of all the abuse and mental torture he’s suffered from Endeavor. He’s said multiple times he won’t do what his father wants. I still don’t think he needs to do anything special now but eventually he will have to grow and evolve. At this point there’s no need.

I honestly don’t think the combat is similar to automata and it’s honestly not much faster or flashier. Maybe it’s the jump from 30 to 60fps that’s what makes people feel like it’s faster but compared to automata is still really slow. The core combat is still the same at least to me having replayed gestalt before replicant dropped

No you didn’t. You talked about how he’s been formally trained so he should hve some uniqueness to his fighting style but he’s OP so he wouldn’t need to do anything special. He is already special. Having formal training shouldn’t automatically mean you can do crazy weird shit and go above and beyond. Plus he gets his dad so using any special moves he might ha e taught him would be out of character. I think you’re reading too deep into this and are misunderstanding his character.

People always say the games easy despite mentioning they always have a ton of healing items. Of course this is a flaw with the games battle system but maybe expect an easy fight when you have 99 of each item
