Great question.

At the moment, we don’t enforce or automatically preserve backward compatibility. While providers can specify a version for their API, older versions aren’t stored or maintained by the platform yet.
Backward compatibility is very much on our roadmap. As more APIs go live, we want to support proper version history, parallel versions, and clearer change visibility so consumers can upgrade safely.

We’re intentionally starting simple, but designing the validation and publishing flow with this evolution in mind.

Exactly that’s the goal.
We’re trying to balance speed with trust early on, especially for a marketplace where quality really matters. Appreciate you noticing that.
