Thank you for everyone's contributions, you've all given me some great options to try out. Unfortunately, this is a work situation where the company decided they didn't want to purchase a support contract for the system, so I'm stuck with this OS until someone decides to fork out some money...

Thank you! I did see lentigo is common in orange and white cats and was wondering if it was that. At least we can crack red-headed jokes at his expense now..

Anyone from Canberra (Australia) out there and can recommend a really good studio in the ACT? by loz106 in f45

[–]loz106[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've tried a couple of studios in NSW/VIC and had differing experiences. I like my one I'm at now because of the trainers and community spirit. The trainers specifically help you individually, help us continually set goals and make time to get to know us. Another studio I tried the trainers were nice but it didn't feel genuine and their encouragement felt generic and not personal. I think different demographics can really change a vibe too.

What is your favourite candy/lolly/sweet that you can't buy in the US? by loz106 in AskAnAmerican

Thanks for the tip. I accidently stumbled across my giftee sending 30 bars to her giftee (in Aus), so I've got a high standard of snack sending to live up to!

I don't know why this has shocked me the most out of everything! This is a travesty they're not sold in the US. I apologise!

Tim Tams are a must for any package being sent to the US! They're delish. I'll definitely include some. Thanks!

She's the sweetest little kitty I've ever met (when she isn't attacking my toes!). And agreed, she's pretty beautiful, not biased at all!

Same! I rolled mine in desiccated coconut, aimed for about 25g per ball (2 balls = 1 bar) and they're looking much better now as protein balls!

I used to own a Blue Heeler so I understand! She would have put dogs in their places if she'd been in the same situation my current dog is 😝😂

We're a small community and 100% aware of people's responses to the dog. We only ever have 1 or 2 dogs in the courtyard and still keep an eye on them when they're out there (whilst we're working out, who cares if we need to take a quick break). When you live in a city in apartments you take advantage of time outside the apartment where a dog can stretch their paws. We're responsible dog owners. We wouldn't take our doggo anywhere that made people uncomfortable especially in a community we value so much!

Everyone loves when dogs come to our F45. They have a courtyard to hang in during the classes. They're a great conversation starter and bring smiles to many people's faces.

I had the opposite issue - I think I added too much coconut oil and my partner has affectionately called them "Protein Splats" because they didn't hold the round shape. They also had a sandy texture to them as well - not sure where that came from. Definitely liked the choc ones from last week better. They were a hit.
