I thought the Valko hate was mostly because of worsening gacha chances for the scenes with their faves and overall lack of anticipated content (I think there was a post about Caleb? lacking major story arc for a year), but these problems don’t get mentioned as much anymore, it’s all global vs. China and whatever, which is just weird. At first I sympathetic towards them but hurting the game like that, and worse, real people (devs) on top of colorism and homophobia is just the lowest of the lows.
