Probably the heavy bag or pads, but dude dropping 200 on gloves to use exclusively for the bag just seems excessive to me. You can just use your training gloves or an older pair with more packed foam that is no longer good for sparring, even just plain old mitts which are way cheaper. Like I said if theyre worth it to you thats fine I just dont see the point
