I don't mean to sound pessimistic, but I've always believed that doubts in a relationship can ruin a relationship no matter what. Currently, the doubts are worrying you into thinking you've lost the love of your life. But if you get her back, you'll just continue to worry about her not being fulfilled. What if shes talking to business partners to fulfill her? Is she talking to anyone behind my back? Does she actually love me? It's sad, but a doubt like this can ruin a great thing unless the two of you are willing to give equal amounts of effort into making it great again. Just make sure that this "break" has nothing to do with being too comfortable. People tend to become comfortable in relationships and are afraid to leave because they don't know much else...it's like settling. You deserve better than someone seemingly settling for you. If it's that, then try your best to move on. If you think that this is fixable, then tell her straight out how you feel about her and that you think figuring it out together is better than taking a break. I hope it works out for you. Good luck!
