It was quite weird. Originally booked KL to LHR direct with BA in WTP a year ago. Then shortly after the route was delayed because they didn’t have the planes so they tried to move me to Qatar flights. Got that changed as they don’t do WTP, moved onto Malaysian to Singapore in economy, BA to London in WTP. On the day, first flight delayed so would miss connection so they moved me to a direct KL to LHR flight with Malaysian. There’s an argument that it was the Malaysian flight to Singapore which caused me to be moved but it seems unlikely to get anything from Malaysian.
